Huge rooms and lovely views. the breakfast was really amazing with a lot of delicious options. the location is perfect, with easy access to the nearby town.
The overall experience was disappointing. the hotel was almost empty and lacked atmosphere.

That there was little life in the hotel due to the low season and the restaurant was closed.

The Castello itself is a dream from the outside. Breakfast was good.
The service in the hotel does not correspond to 4 stars. . We booked the hotel among other things because of the good gastronomy. This one was closed because we arrived 1 day after Easter. . The house has a renovation backlog.

The hotel had beautiful views and we enjoyed sitting by the pool. Breakfast had a good selection of items. We also appreciated the free parking available for guests during our stay.
Our room felt dated and could have used some updates. The air conditioning was not working properly and made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Staying in a castle in Italy is a dream come true! the location is perfect, in the hills behind a city close to the ocean. the room is impressively spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the mountains. the enormous bathroom with twin sinks and bathtub is one of the highlights of the stay. the friendly and professional staff is always there to help, and the breakfast is satisfying with various sweet and savory options. the fact that the hotel was once owned by the Chiola family is simply fascinating.
There may be some occasional wedding parties happening, which can make the parking and dining arrangements somewhat complicated.

The staff was friendly and wonderful! The rooms absolutely gorgeous and super spacious. The food and music divine. The little town a postcard dream. We loved it!!!
A little difficult to find if not from Italy, our directions were very confusing but they were given by the booking website, not the hotel.

I loved staying in an old castle on top of a hill with stunning views of olive groves and the mountains. The hotel facilities were excellent, the staff was kind and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also, the location in this Italian village was charming and unique.
Nothing not too like.
